Faith & Fitness

The Faith & Fitness Program began at CrossRoads Church in March 2010 offering a single Yoga class one night a week.   Since then it has grown to a two night per week class (offering a blend of Yoga & Pilates at both classes) and three Walk/Fitness Classes per week.  Each class has grown in size and our participants are both CrossRoads members and non-members.  Please note that classes are for ages 15 years and up.  Child care is not available.

Current Class Schedule:

Yoga/Pilates - Tuesdays - 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (led by a certified Yoga Instructor)

Pilates/Yoga - Thursdays - 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (led by a certified Yoga/Pilates Instructor)

Walk/Fitness Classes - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9:30 a.m.
